Welcome to Anatomy and Physiology!

Anatomy is the branch of science that deals with the structure of body parts-their forms and how they are organized.  Physiology concerns the function of the body parts-what they do and how they do it.

The topics of anatomy and physiology are difficult to separate because the structure of body parts is so closely associated with their functions.  In this course our goal is to cover both aspects.
